Tzatziki (Mast o Khiyar), a refreshing yogurt and cucumber dip; Persian Stuffed Peppers, a flavorful combination of rice, herbs, and spices nestled in vibrant peppers; and Zeytoon Parvardeh, a zesty and savory appetizer. This dish strikes a perfect balance between being easy enough for weeknight dinner and elegant enough for a nice night out
The Art of Pasta Making
This class is designed to introduce you to the Italian tradition of making fresh pasta from scratch. Let your culinary confidence soar and as you learn your way around the pasta machine as well as hand cutting techniques. Using a classic egg-based pasta dough, you'll learn traditional pasta.

This class gives you the skills to make a delicious Italian dinner. Using star ingredients, we will steer the flavors so you are reminded of where you are in Italy. Porcini mushrooms, gnocchi and creamy panna cotta are all from the Northern region. Learn the importance of properly seasoning, searing and resting a steak, shaping gnocchi and working with gelatin.
