Khagineh or Persian pancake is a delicious sweet dish. Khagine (Gheyganakh in Turkish) is made with flour, eggs sugar, and yogurt. The pancake is stuffed with nuts and/or pistachios and served with saffron syrup and crushed rose petals. This dish is accompanied by natural herbal Persian hot tea

Shakshuka is a traditional Mediterranean dish made of gently poached eggs in a delicious chunky tomato and bell pepper sauce. Said to have originated in Tunisia, this breakfast recipe is popular in many parts of North Africa and the Middle East.

Muhammara smoky and tangy dip made with roasted red peppers, toasted walnuts, garlic, breadcrumbs, and pomegranate molasses. Blended with spices, tahini, and a touch of lemon juice for a rich, savory flavor. Perfect as a spread or dip, topped with extra walnuts and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses.

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
