Persian Brunch 



Khagineh or Persian pancake is a delicious sweet dish. Khagine (Gheyganakh in Turkish) is made with flour, eggs sugar and yogurt. The pancake is stuffed with nuts and/or pistachios and serve with saffron syrup and crushed rose pedals. This dish is accompanied by natural herbal Persian hot tea

Shakshuka is a traditional mediterranean dish made of gently poached eggs in a delicious chunky tomato and bell pepper sauce. Said to have originated in Tunisia, this breakfast recipe is popular in many parts of North Africa and the Middle East.

Quinoa Tabbouleh. This is a nutritive Salad made with protein-rich quinoa, and a mix of fresh herbs like parsley, mint, and dill along with scallions and thin bulgur. The dressing for the salad is made by whisking a little bit of lemon juice with olive oil and salt and pepper.

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
