2 Southern Spanish Christmas Canapés: Andalusian small bites made with cooked mushrooms, crostini with oregano, dry cranberries, currants, Manchego cheese, Serrano ham,  Kalamata olives, garlic, bread & Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

 

Carrillada Ibérica:  Slow-braised Iberian pork cheeks cooked with red wine, aromatics, and herbs until tender. Served with a rich sauce that highlights the depth and elegance of this traditional Spanish dish.


Duck Magret: Cast iron pan seared duck breast with Duck à l'orange  sweet sauce paired with finely roasted asparagus and carrots, and confit style cooked fingerling potatoes.

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
