We coverd knife skills, French omlettes, sauces, and so much more. Highly recommend! Kate HolbrookTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great evening with Jay! The food was delicious and the cooking was approachable. We appreciated the smaller groups and intimate setting. I definitely recommend a class here. Tawnya HoganTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We attended a cooking class for a work team-building event at Journey Culinary. We had a blast, our instructor was so much fun, and most importantly, the food was delicious! Highly recommend! Bethany EvelethTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We took the Peruvian cooking class with Chef Debbie and had an absolute blast! She was so knowledgeable and also great company—it was like cooking with a friend who knows A LOT about cooking. The food was so wonderful, too! We learned about new spices and techniques and are grateful we got a copy of our recipes to show off to friends. A must-do activity! We will be back! georg grellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a fun experience for us. We participated as a couple and will try to apply some of what we learned. Also got some good hints on where to buy some specialty foods. Will go again… Patricia KirkTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Journey Culinary for a fun family event. Our family of 7 shared a wonderful Christmas class on Spanish Tapas and Duck Magret. My favorites were the stuffed mushrooms and tasty duck. Wow! There was the perfect balance of hands on preparation, cooking demonstrations, cultural information and eating, of course. The two Chefs were knowledgeable and engaging. Donna HardyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Loved the cooking class and chef. Although I would describe it more like a cook demonstration than a hands on class. Our class was only three people so very intimate. Lex SheetsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great experience! Una Notte in Italia class was a blast and the food turned out great. Highly recommend. Cheryl SheetsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fabulous hands-on experience in a cozy home setting. Italian dinner was amazing! Chef Debbie made the experience stress-free but so instructional. We will be back!
