  • Seared Sea Scallops with Sauce Beurre Blanc - Sweet, tender scallops perfectly seared and finished with a velvety sauce of white wine, shallots, and rich French butter.

  • Lemon Risotto with Peas and Chives - Creamy arborio rice infused with zesty lemon, tossed with garden peas and fresh chives for a bright, vibrant twist.

  • Chocolate Soufflé with Sauce Caramel - A light, airy soufflé made with rich dark chocolate, paired with a silky caramel sauce for the perfect balance of indulgence.
