Tacu Tacu En Salsa De Mariscos:A classic Peruvian dish featuring crispy tacu tacu made from seasoned rice and beans, topped with a rich seafood sauce filled with shrimp, calamari, and mussels simmered in a flavorful tomato, garlic, and white wine sauce with a touch of Peruvian spices.
Tomate Rellenos: Vegetarian dish made with steamed beets and carrots, Peruvian corn, boiled peas & homemade mayonnaise.
Chicha Morada Drink: A refreshing purple corn drink simmered with pineapple, cinnamon, cloves, and a touch of lime
