Timeless Tapas of Andalusia

In this class, students will learn to prepare Tapas using traditional ingredients and spices from southern Spain. Students will learn a bit of Spanish culinary kitchen terminology, and cooking techniques and will receive great information about the beautiful country of Spain. We are going to bring back the Authentic Tapas of Sevilla

Queso Frito con salsa de Tomates: Crispy fried cheese served with a rich tomato sauce made from ripe tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and Spanish spices, creating the perfect balance of savory and creamy flavor

Fried Eggplant with Spanish sweet honey sauce: Lightly fried eggplant drizzled with a sweet Spanish-style honey sauce, offering a delicious contrast of crispy texture and sweet, earthy flavors.

Huevos a la Flamenca: A traditional baked egg dish featuring eggs, tomatoes, peppers, onions, peas, potatoes, and smoky Spanish seasonings, creating a hearty and flavorful tapas favorite.
