Onigiri: An iconic Japanese food, we will show you how to shape steamed rice and stuff it with a variety of fillings. When you are all done, you will wrap each onigiri with a piece of seaweed. It’s a healthy and well-balanced meal that’s easy to make when you are on the go.
Beef Croquettes: These delicious Japanese croquettes combine ground beef with mashed potatoes and onions. Then they are formed into patties, coated with panko, and deep-fried to a golden brown.
Takoyaki: These crispy bite-sized balls are typically filled with diced octopus and other colorful, and textural ingredients. Cooked in a special molded pan that gives a crispy exterior and a soft, gooey interior. Served with a sweet sauce, mayonnaise and bonito flakes.
