Empanadas Mendocinas –  Classic Argentine empanadas filled with savory beef, onions, paprika, cumin, hard-boiled egg, and olives, baked until warm and golden.

Chimichurri - A vibrant sauce made with fresh parsley, garlic, oregano, olive oil, and a splash of vinegar, chimichurri is Argentina’s signature condiment—bright, herbaceous, and full of zesty flavor.

Creamy Corn Empanadas - Flaky pastry filled with a rich blend of sweet corn, onions, and melted cheese, baked to golden perfection for a comforting Argentinian classic.

Dulce de Leche Ice Cream - Smooth and creamy ice cream swirled with luscious dulce de leche, offering a sweet caramel-like flavor that melts in every bite.

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
