Tsaztiziki (mast or Khayr): A refreshing yogurt dip made with diced cucumbers, minced garlic, and a hint of mint, seasoned with salt. Perfect as a cool condiment or appetizer.

Persian Stuffed Peppers: Tender bell peppers filled with a savory mixture of minced beef or lamb, aromatic spices, onions, garlic, and a medley of herbs, simmered in a rich tomato sauce. A hearty and flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.

Zeytoon Parvardeh (Marinated Olives with Walnuts). is a popular appetizer featuring large green olives that marinate in a mixture of ground walnuts, minced garlic, dried or fresh mint, pomegranate molasses and fresh pomegranate seeds.

Nov 9th; 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Dec 4th; 6:00 - 8:30 pm

Feb 8th; 6:00 - 8:30 pm

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
