Enjoy making delicious dishes from one of the best cuisines of the world. The evening includes a cooking lesson, a brief Spanish culinary language lesson, and cultural information about Peruvian traditions and gastronomy.

MENU

Papa a la Huancaina; This is an ancient Peruvian appetizer made with ají amarillo pepper, fresco cheese, onions, evaporated milk, garlic  and olive oil. Accompanied by boiled potatoes, lettuce and pitted Kalamata olives.

 

Lomo Saltado; This is a delicious sirloin sautéed steak. Comes from a mixture of two cultures—Chinese and Peruvian—. Vinegar, ginger, green onions, red onions,Peruvian yellow peppers and Peruvian herbs, and pisco. Served with french fries.


Mazamorra Morada; This traditional  classic dessert with pre-Hispanic origins is made with Peruvian purple corn, fresh cinnamon, cloves, pineapples, apples, lime and cinnamon.

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
