Chicken/Veggie Tikka Masala: Tender chicken or vegetables marinated in aromatic spices, simmered in a creamy tomato-based sauce with ginger, garlic, and garam masala. Finished with fresh cilantro for a comforting, flavorful dish.

Cooling Raita: Creamy Greek yogurt mixed with refreshing cucumbers, garlic, cumin, and a touch of sea salt. Garnished with fresh cilantro for a cool, flavorful side.

Green Chutney/ Hari Chutney: a zesty blend of cilantro, mint, garlic, ginger, and green chili with a hint of cumin and lemon juice. Perfect as a fresh and spicy dip or condiment.

Mango Lassi: a creamy and refreshing blend of sweet mango, full-fat yogurt, honey, and a hint of cardamom, perfect for a cool, tropical treat.

Policy

Journey Culinary Ltd do not provide refunds. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class, then we can issue a class credit to be applied to another class of your choice. If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us about the situation, at least with 2 days before your class starts, and provide us with the name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
